GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Manage the Distributor's Major Customers to achieve sales targets, grow the different categories through program execution, and implementation of operational efficiencies

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

  • Achievement of sell-out, distribution, strike rate, sales skewing, category growth, and market hygiene targets & Introduction of New Products
  • Achievement of business & category plans based on set strategies.
  • Consistent application of standards and policies on Account management & coverage
  • Trade standards & Cycle Plan implementation
  • Management of Accounts Receivables
  • Effective reportage feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team

Required Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • Preferably 2 years field sales/account management experience in FMCG environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21,600.00 per month
