Human Resource Senior Manager – Talent Development

Objective:

To provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee training and development programs, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and participants regarding logistics and materials.
  • Maintain training calendars and update stakeholders on upcoming events.
  • Administrative Support
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and digital resources.
  • Manage attendance records, feedback forms, and evaluation data.
  • Logistics Management
  • Book venues, arrange catering, and set up equipment for in-person sessions.
  • Provide technical support for virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Ensure training environments are prepared and conducive to learning.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities
  • Compile reports on training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
  • Communication & Engagement
  • Send training invitations, reminders, and follow-ups to participants.
  • Respond to inquiries related to training programs and schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LMS or training coordination is an advantage.
