Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project cost estimate, project cost analysis and manage construction cost
  • Develop a detailed cost-effective budget for various projects
  • Perform contract negotiations and documentation preparation
  • Develop the itemize breakdown of materials and quantities with corresponding cost for the operation's budget
  • Oversee work and performance of cost engineers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 5 years experience in cost planning, budget & end to end contracts management
  • Applicants must have at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledgeable in cost software systems
  • Amenable to work in Makati or Taguig.
