Job Descriptions:

  • Creates, evaluates, updates and secures approval for a Business Development Plan

  • Communicates with new/inactive client for the project service proposal and company profile

  • Evaluates existing Sales and Marketing policies and make recommendations for improvement

  • Creates schedule for the formal marketing visitation with the clients

  • Prepares all supporting documents to determine validity and legality of projects

  • Assists/Book mobilization to the Operations Department once the deal has been closed for the execution of the services

  • Presents the documents to the Management and every department once the work has been completed and

proceeds to billing.

  • Provide P.O / NTP / Conformed Quotation to the Accounting Department for billing

  • Assists in sending billing to client

  • Conducts inspections and prepares costing/quotation

  • Collaborates with Accounting and Operations Departments regarding final costing and quotation

  • Performs other business-related tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time

-Prepares report and ensure customer satisfaction thru Client Survey Form

-Prepares Bidding Documents, attend bidding and other activities.

-Reach the assigned target sales per month.

-Handles account of assigned clients from inquiry to service completion.

Qualifications:

  • Able Bodies Male or Female
  • Knows how to drive and has existing valid driver's license is an advantage
  • Computer Literate, with leadership ability, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Graduate of any Business Related Course
