This role requires a creative individual with a strong sales background to manage the brand presence, execute marketing campaigns, and actively close new members for the yearly membership program. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook ) including post scheduling, generating engagement, and publishing newsletters/blogs. Content Support: Utilize access to Canva to apply brand guidelines (tone, color, branding) to content provided by the client, and propose content ideas for approval. Membership Sales: Actively generate leads, follow up, and close new yearly membership subscriptions for the World Women Council. Member Retention Manage existing members, handle renewal reminders, and gather feedback to ensure long-term consistency. Strategy Collaborate fortnightly on marketing strategies and performance reports. Compensation & Incentives: This role includes a base hourly rate plus a generous, tiered performance-based incentive structure primarily focused on the membership program: Monthly Commission (Membership Sales): Earn commissions based on the number of new yearly memberships closed (e.g., closing 10 basic members in the first month earns commission). Consistency Bonus: Receive an additional bonus for maintaining sales targets consistently over a three-month period (quarterly). Diversity Bonus: Receive an additional bonus for closing members from a new geographic region (state/country) beyond the primary target area. Annual Renewals: Earn a commission or cut on yearly membership renewals from clients you brought into the program. General Requirements Time Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week (flexible, but expected to align work hours with the specific client base/course location, e.g., AU hours for membership; US hours for US courses).
