About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of this leading hospitality and tourism destination in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort's offerings
  2. Provide support in organising and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  3. Maintain the resort's online presence, including website updates and social media management
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, and close bookings
  6. Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations, reports, and other sales and marketing materials
  7. Foster strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using various digital marketing and sales tools, such as CRM software and social media platforms
  4. Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  6. Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  7. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
