We are currently hiring an Accounting Lead – Operations & Process Manager for one of our clients—a strategic role ideal for candidates seeking long-term growth in a hybrid work setup.

Accounting Lead – Operations & Process Manager

(Process Owner, Trainer, and Hiring Collaborator)

Reports To: SystematiQ Management Team

Department: Finance & Operations

Location: Hybrid (office-based preferred)

Role Overview:

This is a strategic role focused on mastering AP systems, training the team, creating process documentation, participating in hiring, and performing advanced bookkeeping tasks. The candidate must bring direct restaurant accounting experience and process leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle AP and bookkeeping experience
  • 2+ years in training, team leadership, or process improvement
  • Deep familiarity with restaurant-specific workflows and metrics
  • Systems experience with: Restaurant365, QuickBooks Online (QBO), , Craftable, MarginEdge, Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Employment Details

  • Work Hours (Shift): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (New York Time)
  • Total Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Planned Start Date: Immediate
  • Employment Duration: Permanent
  • Location: Preferably office-based, but open to a flexible setup (office/home hybrid)
