Job description:

Ensures a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations, policies and procedures aligned with the overall business objectives.

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Conducts inspections and regular health and safety walk-through on the work areas, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs); and reports all identified hazards
  • Identifies, documents, reports and submits all identified non-compliance in all assigned sites/areas.
  • Enforces the Cooperative's guidelines, OSH standards and health and safety protocols; initiates appropriate constructive/corrective actions on reported violations and /or noncompliance

Health and Safety Management:

  • Acts as the point person on all matters pertaining to safety and health of members in all assigned sites/areas
  • Educates and coaches members on health and safety protocols and policies through toolbox meetings or whenever needed
  • Checks and monitors proper usage of safety equipment in accordance to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)

Safety Records Management:

  • Investigates accident and maintains accident record system
  • Records workplace accidents, injuries, and health issues statistics, including Covid-19 cases (PUM/PUI, and Positive)
  • Submits all work accidents and occupational illnesses to Management and labor regional office

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has COSH Certification
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably has background in Safety management in Construction Industry
  • Willing to work in Makati and can start ASAP

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
