Job Overview

We are looking for a Line Cook / Kitchen Staff to join a restaurant team in Camp John Hay, Baguio City. The role involves preparing and cooking American-style dishes such as burgers, steaks, sandwiches, and breakfast items while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and consistency in every order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items following standard recipes and kitchen procedures
  • Handle, store, and label ingredients properly
  • Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and utensils
  • Assist in daily food preparation and mise en place
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Vocational or college level in Culinary, HRM, or any related course
  • With at least one (1) to two (2) years of kitchen or cooking experience
  • Experience in American or Western cuisine is an advantage
  • Able to communicate in basic English
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen procedures, safety, and sanitation
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding

This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
