About the role

Join United Bearing Industrial Corporation as an Accounts Receivable professional, playing a vital role in managing the company's cash flow and credit processes. As a full-time Accounts Receivable specialist based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, statement reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and collect overdue payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables and collections activities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Knowledge of credit management policies and procedures
