We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our warehouse team. As QC Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of warehouse storage and operations. You will be assigned in Cold & Dry warehouse storage.

Reporting Relationship

Directly reports to the Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create quality measurements to track improvements in the storage.
  • Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
  • Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
  • Adhere to industry quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing.
  • Work closely with the development team to improve existing products stored.
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of warehouse transactions and customer service.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse storage procedures and inventory management
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in inventory and storage practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and management
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in warehouse environments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
  • Comfortable with lifting and moving materials
  • Ability to work in warehouse setting, including exposure to varying temperatures and conditions
