Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related technical field.
Certifications & Accreditations:
- Must be a DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with valid accreditation.
- With certifications in Quality Management System (QMS / ISO 9001), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and Food Handling & Safety.
- Additional training or certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or ISO Environmental Management System) is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, quality management, or safety operations—preferably in cold storage, logistics, or food manufacturing industries.
- Experienced in implementing and maintaining QMS, IMS, and FMS documentation and compliance systems.
- Familiar with DENR, DOLE, DOH, and LGU regulatory requirements related to environmental, safety, and sanitation permits.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, pollution control standards, and ISO audit processes.
- Proficient in report preparation, compliance documentation, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills in dealing with internal departments and government agencies.
- Keen attention to detail, proactive in compliance monitoring, and capable of leading continuous improvement and audit readiness initiatives.
