We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to support our USA client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and bookkeeping, with the ability to manage both individual and corporate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
  • Process payroll efficiently and accurately
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns
  • Manage invoices, payment recording, and accounts receivable/payable
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting and tax regulations
  • Provide financial insights and reports as needed to support client decisions

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
  • Strong familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of U.S. individual and corporate tax returns
  • Proficiency in handling invoices and payment recording
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
