About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our finance team for a US-based financial services organization. This role is ideal for a CPA with a solid background in accounting operations, financial controls, and compliance who can work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.


Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to provide insights on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Support external and internal audits, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.

Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — required.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance.
  • Prior exposure to financial services, Big 4 audit firms, or multinational companies is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial controls.
  • Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Setup
  • Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time (aligned with US Central Time).
  • Hybrid: On-site Monday–Thursday, WFH Friday.
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent.
