Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for junket transactions, including revenues, expenses, credits, and cash advances.

·       Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable related to junket agents, VIP players, and internal departments.

·       Monitor and process journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements as directed by the Head of Finance.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

·       Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·       Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, government-mandated contributions (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth), and gaming regulatory requirements (PAGCOR).

Cash and Credit Management

·       Track junket credit exposures, cash flow, and advances for VIP players and junket partners.

·       Coordinate with treasury and credit teams to ensure proper authorization and timely collection or disbursement of funds.

·       Help manage petty cash and cash handling procedures within the junket division.

Collaboration and Communication

·       Work closely with the Head of Finance and other finance team members to support financial controls and risk management.

·       Liaise with operations, marketing, and compliance teams to provide accurate financial data and support business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

·       Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Gaming or hospitality industries.

·       Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws.

·       Familiarity with financial operations, including credit management and revenue tracking.

·       Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

·       Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
