You'll play a vital role in managing the financial health of our organization. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accuracy in billing, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and support the company's overall financial operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Accountant in executing daily accounting operations
  • Monitor account balances and investigate any inconsistencies
  • Collect and verify billing data, ensuring accuracy in invoices and receivables
  • Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
  • Process incoming payments and validate payment sources
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, balances, and client information
  • Address customer billing inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Provide regular financial reports to upper management

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required

-Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and payroll

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and confidentiality standards

-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

-Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

-Availability to work 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
