Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: USD 40,000-44,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (includes 1-hour unpaid break); extended hours may be required to provide Pacific Time coverage; potential for weekend coverage as the company grows
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare licensing requirements across states, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Track, update, and manage licensing applications and renewals.
  • Analyze and clean operational and compliance data across multiple systems.
  • Support contracting processes and state submissions in collaboration with the Head of DME.
  • Coordinate with onshore leadership to manage regulatory and operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required to keep the unit running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in healthcare, medical operations, or related regulatory roles.
  • Prior experience in DME operations, licensing, or compliance strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex regulatory workflows.
