Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture courses
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Must be willing to relocate.
  • Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the work is executed efficiently and safely
  • Estimate materials needed/Executes breakdown of materials
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress updates
  • Prepares and ensures consolidated documents are timely, quality, accurate and complete reports are submitted
