ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

 In charge of administrative work involving the office and galley

 Mainly involved in ensuring all requirements are prepared and secured for the normal

operations of IFSPH Representative Office

 Preparing and presenting lectures and developing course outlines in accordance with IFS

standards

 Preparing additional study materials for learners and preparing them to work in a

multicultural environment

 Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advice to galley trainees

 Assure all training (classroom/demo kitchen) materials, food, uniform are well ready

before the start of the training.

 Responsible to assist the Senior Chief Cook Instructor in providing any material they need during the course

 Together with the Senior Chief Cook Instructor, he has to plan, provide and ensure the

food material needed for the cooking lesson

 Responsible for stores and controls the kitchen material/equipment's

 And other tasks which the company may deem necessary for the continuous operations

of its services
