We're looking for a Pilates Instructor to join our passionate team. Whether you're new to Pilates or have experience in other fitness disciplines like yoga or general fitness training, we welcome individuals who are eager to grow, learn, and help others on their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic, safe, and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups.
  • Customize workout routines to meet the varying needs and goals of participants, from beginners to advanced.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to push their limits and achieve personal success.
  • Ensure proper technique and form during exercises to prevent injury and promote maximum benefits.
  • Deliver clear and motivating verbal cues, demonstrating each movement effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, creating a positive experience for every participant.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay updated on Pilates practices and trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a fitness instructor (such as yoga, personal training, or other group fitness instruction) is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire others on their wellness journey.
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to explain movements clearly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of various fitness levels.
  • Ability to adapt classes and exercises for clients with different needs and abilities.
  • Certification in Pilates or related fitness fields (e.g., yoga, personal training) is a plus but not required.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivating – you should love to help others achieve their fitness goals

Process
