Job Overview:

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives. This role ensures that the team meets sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and adheres to compliance guidelines. The Sales Team Lead will coach, mentor, and motivate sales reps to maximize performance while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives handling student loan repayment services.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor team performance against targets.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to improve sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and client retention.
  • Ensure sales scripts, processes, and best practices are followed consistently.
  • Identify trends in client inquiries and recommend solutions to improve sales effectiveness.

Training & Development

  • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.
  • Guide new hires through onboarding and ensure they transition smoothly into the sales process.
  • Support team members' professional growth by identifying skill gaps and development opportunities.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with student loan regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor calls and review sales interactions to maintain high service quality and adherence to ethical sales practices.
  • Address any compliance concerns or customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance insights, and action plans to improve team results.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall sales performance.

Uncapped Commissions: Any deal that is over 400 each month you will get paid for each over 400

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
