What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
  • Preparing sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations
  • Assisting with the coordination of sales events and client communications
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
  • Providing general office support as needed

  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
