What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Preparing sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Assisting with the coordination of sales events and client communications
- Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
- Providing general office support as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
