Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated n8n Automation Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in n8n, leading and developing end-to-end automation projects.

This role leads the design, build, testing and maintenance of complex end-to-end workflows.

Initially the successful candidate will be focused on creating an AI B2B sales process. The solution will integrate voice, SMS and email and use or integrate with tools such as n8n, Google Workspace, Calendly, Twilio and Salesforce.

You will have access to, and work alongside, other development and technical teams as needed.

Experience developing AI automations with service organisations in regulated industries would be ideal.

This full-time role requires 100% commitment and dedication to ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable automated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, implement, test, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automation workflows using n8n to streamline marketing, sales, operational, and other business processes.
  • Work with our technical teams to integrate various APIs and applications (n8n, Google Workspace, Calendly, Twilio and Salesforce), including REST, GraphQL, and Webhooks, and work with data structures such as JSON and XML, to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Actively integrate with Google Workspace applications, such as Google Calendar for automated scheduling, Google Drive for secure document storage, and Google Sheets or Data Studio for automated reporting dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, monitor, and analyse the performance of the solution, making continuous improvements to ensure reliability, efficiency, functionality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams (e.g., marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure the AI Agent flow performs as expected.
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all workflows and automation projects.

Required Skills:

  • Proven and extensive hands-on experience as an n8n Automation Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating deep knowledge of n8n, including its advanced features, error handling and custom node development.
  • Strong expertise in API integration (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and a solid understanding of data structures (JSON, XML).
  • Proficiency in integrating with Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets/Data Studio) for various automation tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong mindset for translating complex business needs into efficient and functional automation solutions.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.
