You will be reporting in our newly established Integrated Shared Service entity in the Philippines. (100% onsite work arrangement in our BGC, Philippines office)

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intelligent Automation Specialist to support the implementation and lifecycle management of OCR templates within our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. This role is key to enabling automation across business processes, ensuring high-quality template delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.

You'll collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and support teams to configure, test, and maintain IDP templates, while also providing first-level incident support and driving continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing

  • Implement OCR templates based on customer and developer specifications
  • Document all template configurations in line with internal standards
  • Provide first-level support for template-related incidents and ensure timely resolution
  • Build and validate data conversion templates to support automation workflows
  • Test and verify template functionality to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Support IDP platform upgrades and ensure template compatibility across versions
  • Ensure all template changes are properly approved and tracked
  • Maintain access controls to ensure appropriate user access to processed documents
  • Advise on process improvements and contribute to automation-related projects
  • Ensure compliance with CCEP policies, including approvals and financial guidelines

About You

  • Good understanding of Blue Prism and similar technologies
  • Basic understanding of IDP technologies and OCR template configuration
  • Proven success in project managing process improvement and implementation
  • Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage technical issues and collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance processes in a corporate setting
  • Ideally degree-qualified or holding relevant certifications in IT, automation, or process management
