We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our financial account holders, with a focus on those who speak Mandarin. The position is based in our Makati City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inquiries from financial account holders in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions and problem resolution
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as appropriate
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge base
