The company operates across Asia and other global markets, and is now seeking a General Manager for its Philippine subsidiary located in Subic Bay.

Role Description

The General Manager will serve as the company's highest representative in the Philippines, responsible for the overall management of the local subsidiary, including strategy formulation, business development, operations, and external relations. This role requires strong leadership, local market insight, and the ability to represent the company in dealings with government agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and guide diverse teams effectively
  • Strong expertise in legal compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Strategic thinking and business development skills to drive organizational growth and financial performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
