Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or higher education level; certification in Medical Billing or Healthcare Compliance is an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience in U.S. medical billing, with 1–2 years in a Quality or Auditing role
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, as well as payer-specific billing rules
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with exposure to call quality metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, audit tools, and billing platforms
  • Must be willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
  • One Day Hiring (Onsite Process)
