About the role

As a Restaurant Project Manager at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of new restaurant openings and renovations across our portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new restaurant openings and renovations
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution
  3. Oversee the procurement of equipment, furnishings, and other necessary supplies for project completion
  4. Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise
  5. Ensure projects are completed in compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  6. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise processes and drive efficiencies in project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  2. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the project management lifecycle
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Gantt charts and budgeting software
  5. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions
  7. Degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
