Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Metro Manila. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality control. They will also be responsible for inventory management, staff training, scheduling, and handling financial transactions. The role requires maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, as well as developing strategies for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in inventory management and financial oversight
  • Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
