The Restaurant Manager (RM) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating restaurant specific plans for sales and profit growth, and achievement of quality and people targets in alignment with area plans. The role shall implement applicable programs from Corporate and SBU support units. The RM is also expected to provide feedback and inputs to the Area Manager (AM) for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
  • At least 3 years as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant/ food service or retail outlet operations
