About the role

As a Team Member/Cashier at llaollao, a premium frozen yogurt brand under FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store in Baguio City, Benguet. This is a full-time position that will see you working as part of a dedicated team to deliver an outstanding experience to all our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Preparing and serving high-quality frozen yogurt and toppings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store
  • Restocking and rotating inventory as needed
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient store operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
