Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and empathetic Healthcare Associates who can deliver exceptional service to our members. This role involves assisting patients over the phone regarding healthcare inquiries, benefits, and case-related concerns.


Qualifications

Profile 1 – Bachelor's Degree Graduate (with or without license)

Eligible Courses:

  • Allied Sciences
  • Social Sciences
  • Social Work
  • Human Services

Excluded: Nursing / Doctor of Medicine graduates

Experience Required:

Minimum of 1 year of direct adult patient care, such as but not limited to:

  • Long-term care
  • Home and community-based services
  • Hospital or facility settings
  • Case management or experience with managed care organizations

    OR
  • BPO Healthcare experience in Member Services (via phone)

Not Qualified:

  • Provider support or pediatrics-only experience
  • Email/chat-only interactions
  • Tasks not involving direct verbal communication with patients

Profile 2 – Associate Graduate or College Graduate (Non-Allied Courses)

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of direct adult patient care, such as but not limited to:

  • Long-term care
  • Home and community-based services
  • Hospital or facility settings
  • Case management or experience with managed care organizations

    OR
  • BPO Healthcare experience in Member Services (via phone)

Not Qualified:

  • Provider support or pediatrics-only experience
  • Email/chat-only interactions
  • Tasks not involving direct verbal communication with patients

Compensation and Benefits
  • Basic Pay: ₱28,000
  • Flex Fund Allowance: ₱1,000
  • Night Differential: 20%
  • HMO Coverage: Day 1 for employee; dependents covered upon certification
  • Life and Accident Insurance
  • Annual Performance Increase
  • 13th and 14th Month Pay
