As a Team Member at llaollao, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings, maintain cleanliness and order in the store, and uphold the brand's high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
  • Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, toppings, and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, dining area, and equipment.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Refill toppings, ingredients, and other supplies as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned by the supervisor or store manager.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
