The Opportunity

This is not a transactional HR role. As
HR Specialist – Organization Design and Workforce Planning
at The Medical City, you will be at the core of shaping how the organization is structured, staffed, and prepared for the future.

You will work directly with the Group Chief Human Resource Officer and collaborate across business units to lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR analytics. From evaluating structures to drafting policies and managing change programs, you'll help build a more agile, efficient, and future-ready enterprise.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Design organizational structures:
    Recommend reporting lines, roles, and interfaces to align with enterprise strategy.
  • Lead job analysis and evaluation:
    Develop frameworks and facilitate evaluations to ensure consistency and clarity across roles.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning:
    Analyze internal and external data to forecast staffing needs and support long-term planning.
  • Manage transformation projects:
    Lead workstreams within change programs, applying structured methodologies to embed new behaviors and culture.
  • Deliver HR insights:
    Analyze complex data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Draft policies and guidelines:
    Create documentation that supports compliance, clarity, and operational consistency.
  • Promote continuous improvement:
    Review operations and implement innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advise stakeholders:
    Provide expert guidance on organizational design and workforce planning issues.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of
    Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering
    .
  • Has
    3–6 years of experience
    in organizational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR roles.
  • A structured thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational challenges and leading change.
  • A collaborative partner who can influence stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
