Email Sales Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads

  • Follow up leads through email, answer all inquiries

  • Use CRM to track activity, manage contacts, and maintain accurate sales data

  • Personalize and proofread email templates and follow-up sequences

  • Respond promptly to inbound replies and move leads through the sales funnel

  • Coordinate with the sales team to book discovery calls, demos, or consultations

  • Analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve open and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with marketing or content teams to align messaging with brand goals

Requirements:

  • Min. of 2 or 3 years of experience in email-based sales, SDR, or lead generation roles

  • Strong written English with excellent grammar and tone

  • Ability to work EST hours and handle communication in a timely, professional manner

  • Experience writing or editing sales copy for cold outreach

  • Self-starter mindset and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in software sales

  • Familiarity with email warm-up tools, inbox deliverability best practices

  • Understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline management
