We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Representative to help grow our client base. You will play a key role in expanding our reach to some of the country's top retail brands, developers, and commercial clients.

You'll be on the front lines of our growth—sourcing leads, initiating conversations, and booking client meetings for our sales team to showcase our wide range of offerings: display racks, warehouse systems, custom signage, LED displays, and fit-out construction services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively search for new business opportunities through research, referrals, directories, and walk-ins

  • Initiate warm and cold outreach via calls, texts, emails, and social media

  • Engage with decision-makers and qualify their project or business needs

  • Book meetings and product presentations for our sales or technical teams

  • Keep accurate records and notes using our system

  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and sales support

  • Occasionally join initial visits to represent the company professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting

  • Background in construction, retail fixtures, or LED solutions is a big plus

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino

  • Confident in making cold calls and building quick rapport with new clients

  • Organized, self-motivated, and hungry to hit targets
