Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and presentations for design + build projects
  • Coordinate project deliverables and timelines with internal teams
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and partners
  • Support marketing, sales efforts, and promotional activities
  • Explore supplier and commission partnerships

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or related field.
  • Background in Architecture or Landscape Architecture Industry is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales within architecture, construction, real estate, or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with project proposals, costing, or tender processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities
  • Experience in client relations, project coordination, or business development
