About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented 
SEO Partnerships and Publishing Specialist
 to join our Operations team. This role will play a key part in executing and managing sponsorship and outreach initiatives across various e-commerce brands, including 
AmericanMuscle (AM), AmericanTrucks (AT), ExtremeTerrain (XT),
 and 

.

You will be responsible for securing and maintaining sponsorship deals, publishing content, managing outreach campaigns, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all partnership engagements. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of paid advertising and sponsorship deals across AM, AT, XT, and
  • Conduct outreach to website owners and negotiate placements on their platforms.
  • Utilize Buzzstream for outreach campaign tracking and communication follow-ups.
  • Publish blog content and manage images within the CMS tool.
  • Monitor deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal quality assurance standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for partners, handling issues and maintaining relationships.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager on contract terms including link expiration, payments, and deliverables.
  • Maintain active communication with website owners throughout the lifecycle of the partnership.
  • Support content marketing efforts by conducting outreach to secure backlinks for new blog content.
  • Generate and submit weekly and monthly status reports as required.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, outreach, or account management
  • Experience working with CMS platforms to publish and manage content
  • Familiarity with Buzzstream or other outreach management tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and link building best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance standards

Preferred:

  • Automotive knowledge or genuine interest in the industry
