We are looking for a Procurement Manager to support our operations team with documentation, coordination, and technical-related tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
  • Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize shortages or excess.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in procurement workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market.
