ROLE OVERVIEW:

Portfolio Strategy Development

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into therapeutic categories (TCs) and market trends.
  • Facilitate working sessions and alignments with business units.

Strategic Formulation & Presentation

  • Synthesize key data points for strategic formulation and present recommendations.
  • Develop high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure alignment in portfolio strategies.
  • Guide and facilitate strategy workshops and discussions across the organization."
  • Team Development and Capability Building

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attained Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other related business field
  • With at least 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.
  • With solid background in business strategy, ideally from consulting or cross-functional corporate planning, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments. 
  • Must be highly analytical, confident in synthesizing insights, and capable of influencing senior leaders while managing multiple strategic workstreams across the organization.
