Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations as we bring Pizza Studio Tamaki to the Philippines. The ideal candidate has F&B supervisory or management experience, preferably in a franchise or startup environment, and is eager to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Help train new team members and uphold excellent service delivery.
  • Support in managing inventory, ordering, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in F&B or restaurant supervision/management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to assist in overseeing operations and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Team-player mentality, with leadership potential to motivate and support staff.
  • Knowledge in store operations such as inventory management, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
