About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a full-time Logistics Account Associate to join their team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this customer service-focused role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients and managing various logistics processes virtually.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Assisting with the coordination and tracking of logistics operations
  3. Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless logistics processes
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  2. Experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the logistics or maritime industry
  3. Proficient in using various software and tools for customer relationship management and logistics tracking
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
