What You'll Do:
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends, analyze competitor strategies, and understand our target audience to inform our marketing campaigns.
- Marketing & Social Media Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, including a detailed social media content plan, to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels.
- Meta Business Suite Management: Manage and monitor our presence on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) using Meta Business Suite, including scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and tracking performance.
- Sales Promotion: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking the performance of sales promotions and special campaigns.
- Supporting the Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and that promotional materials are available and communicated effectively.
- Marketing Report: Prepare regular marketing reports to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve future strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a marketing or social media role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite.
- A creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams.
