Brand Executive The Brand Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, participating in business planning, and market analysis to support brand growth. This role involves preparing reports for key stakeholders, managing marketing budgets, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and coordinating merchandising and inventory efforts. This role involves extensive cross‑functional collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless brand execution and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals. Brand Development: Build brand equity through consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Plan assortments, set pricing strategies, and manage product lifecycle. Marketing & Promotion: Lead marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional activities to increase awareness and sales. Monitor sales data, analyze performance, and recommend improvements. Manage brand budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and ensure profitability targets are met. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with merchandising, operations, finance, and supply chain teams for seamless execution. Coordinate with principals for product updates, pricing, and brand support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or sales analysis. Proven ability to conduct sales and performance analysis to drive business decisions. Solid understanding of branding principles, marketing campaign development, and channel execution. Strong project management and agency coordination skills. Experience in preparing business plans and managing budgets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to operate independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
