Malinta Corrugated Boxes Manufacturing Corporation is one of the leading player in the corrugated boxes manufacturing industry in the Philippines. Established in 1979, the company has 44 years of expertise supplying to top multinationals like Nestle, Unilever, Mondelez and local companies like URC, and Monde Nissin. Our head office is located at Philippine Stock Exchange Center, Ortigas, Pasig City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepares and Records customers payment / transactions accordingly
  • Creates invoices and other documents, preparing statements and collections details
  • Ensuring all the attachment in preparing invoices are all compile
  • Monitoring and manage all accounts & billings, customer's outstanding payments.
  • Conduct month end and a year end reports.
  • Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must be Bachelor's/College Degree in ACCOUNTANCY, FINANCE or any related field
  • Advantage for those with at least 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: WORD and EXCEL
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; good understanding in accounting principles ; Attention to details.
  • Strong Customer service skills . Basic understanding in Accounting procedure and principles
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision, hardworking and goal oriented.
  • Willing to work in ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
