We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing cleaning business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are in the process of organizing and implementing systems to prepare for business growth. Having a Virtual Assistant who is motivated and willing to support us through this stage would be amazing.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Calendar Management:

Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of cleaning staff and client appointments, ensuring no conflicts or missed bookings.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, confirm appointments, providing quotes, and handling complaints professionally.

Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, managing client databases (CRM), organizing digital files, and preparing documents or reports.

Invoicing & Payments: Assist with generating invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

Social Media Assistance is not a requirement, but a plus: Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and monitor engagement if you have relevant experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar remote role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A reliable computer and a internet connection.

- Familiarity with the cleaning industry or scheduling software (e.g., Maidpad) is not required, but a plus.

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Pay: $4/hour (USD)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
