PRE-CONSTRUCTION STAGE

· Plans, specifications, and other documents review for tendering process

· Estimating/Quantity Surveying for tendering process

· Prepares Bid Documents

· Assists in Pre-Qualification of Bidders

· Assists in Bid and Award process

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

· Plans, specifications, and other documents review for construction

· Attend Technical and Management Meetings as advised

· Monitors General Contractor's manpower, equipment, and construction schedule

· Quality Control/Quality Assurance inspections

· Evaluate Variation Orders, shop drawings, materials testing,

· Evaluates accomplishment and billings

· Assists in processing of Owner Supplied Materials

· Prepares weekly and monthly status reports

· Keeps and organizes files in accordance with company policies

POST CONSTRUCTION STAGE

· Assists in the conduct of Punch Listing, Testing and Commissioning

· Assists in Testing and Commissioning of Building Life Support system

· Quality Control/Quality Assurance inspections of rectification works

· Reviews As-Built Plans

· Assists in preparation of Turn-over Documents and Final Project Report

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage but not required at this time

· Has at least __ years relevant experience in similar projects

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Can work with minimal supervision

· Knowledgeable in the use of software applications for computer aided design, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and construction management

· Willing to be deployed onsite, stay in barracks or commute to and from the project site

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
