
Receptionist / Admin / Cashier

We're looking for someone to join our core team as a front-of-house staff handling reservations, guest service, and cashier duties. This is not just a desk job. You'll be the face and first impression of our brand. Should be friendly, organized, and ready to grow with a passionate burger brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Manage cashiering and order coordination
- Assist with front-of-house operations and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and coordination with kitchen team
- May also serve as waitress when needed
- Must be flexible. You may assist with other tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Should be college level, preferably HRM course
- Lives near Barangay Pineda Pasig
- Computer literate; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
- Must be able to write end-of-day sales summaries
- Can handle basic admin and reservation tracking
- Strong communication and people skills - can converse in English
- Not habitually late or absent
- Must be healthy and hygienic
Appearance & Demeanor:
- Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with guests
- Able to maintain a professional and polished appearance while working
Personal Qualities:
- Friendly and enjoys talking to people
- Confident and clear communicator
- Can stay calm and professional in busy situations
- Has strong initiative
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
Work Schedule:
Tuesdays to Sundays (24 days a month), 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Day off: Monday
Long hours + overtime pay when applicable
Work Location: Near Rizal Medical Center Pasig
SALARY: PHP 695 gross per day + Service Charge share
