Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. In-charge of accepting posts and balance payment thru cash or checks.

  2. Prepares and makes bank deposit slips, and passbook update.

  3. Received and verifies the totals with cash-on-hand, reconciles when errors are found.

  4. Prepare report of daily transaction and forwards to the accounting department.

  5. Performs other task such as clerical works such as encoding etc.

Qualifications:

  1. With the degree of Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration, or any Management course. Vocational/Associates courses relating to Business or Management can be considered.

  2. At least 6 months to 2 years' experience in the same role.

  3. Must have ability to perform bookkeeping and accounting task.

  4. Above average skills in MS Office such as Word and Excel it's a MUST.

  5. Can take under pressure.

  6. Maintains self-composure and friendly approach to the peers/patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
