About Us

Signature Home Products Inc. is a fast-growing company with trusted brands in home care and pet care, including Perma, Signature Care, and Petking. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will handle our digital presence, boost e-commerce sales, and ensure consistent, professional branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) for Perma, Signature Care, and Petking.
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts, campaigns, and promotions that drive awareness and sales.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to increase sales through TikTok Live, Shopee Live, affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and e-commerce campaign performance; propose improvements to increase conversions.
  • Ensure all social media content, visuals, and campaigns follow the branding guidelines of each brand.
  • Review and approve creative outputs from multimedia artists and content creators to maintain a professional and consistent brand look.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management and/or e-commerce marketing (fresh grads with strong portfolios may apply).
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and live selling strategies.
  • Strong creativity in campaign planning, branding, and content direction.
  • Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
